My blogging frequency has seriously decreased. There's still a lot going on that is noteworthy...Just not a lot of time to note it.
Hopefully that will change in the next two weeks as this remarkable school year comes to a close.
No more lunch boxes to pack!
A couple of very important things have happened, including our first (and second) visit from the tooth fairy!
Hours before the first tooth lost the fight, I finished up a little tooth pillow:
I used this tutorial minus the skirt.
We went to a baseball game:
We had super exclusive lawn seats, and according to friends, a homerun ball landed right on our picnic blanket. Or at least where the picnic blanket had been for the first 4 innings. We didn't last long.
Last weekend we spent an evening with The Band of Oz and enjoyed our annual picnic on the lawn at Davidson. The kids fought Papa for a chance to dance with Nana, and fought Nana for a chance to dance with Papa.
My Molly joined us for her first beach music extravaganza!
She loved me. I mean, the music.
I have lots of creative ideas in my head for the summer. I actually have lots of half-completed creative projects to share. Once I complete them, of course. And stay tuned for some very exciting upholstery before and afters. I'm in the middle of one now and I'm so in love with what (I think) it will look like when I'm all done.
Can't wait to spend more time with you in the upcoming months!
